Privacy Notice

Amanda Smith, trading as Radiant Reiki Yoga, is the data controller for workshop booking and enquiry information. Contact amandareikimoon@hotmail.com about your information or privacy rights.

Information and purposes

We collect your name, email, event booking details, payment reference and status, and correspondence to fulfil your booking, supply joining information and respond to enquiries. We process this on the basis of performing our contract or steps you request before a contract. Payment and dispute records may also be retained to meet legal obligations. Technical request information and short-lived request counters support security and fraud prevention on the basis of legitimate interests. Do not send sensitive health information through the booking form.

Service providers and sharing

Lovable Cloud provides website hosting and protected booking storage. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for online workshop sales and processes payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refund requests under its own privacy information. Zoom provides live workshop delivery and may process your display name, connection details and any audio or video you choose to share. Expected booking emails may be handled by our configured email delivery service. Information may be shared with professional legal/accounting advisers and authorities when required by law. Booking details are not used to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Retention and security

Booking and correspondence records are retained only while needed to deliver workshops, resolve enquiries or disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. When no longer required, they should be deleted or anonymised. We use protected storage, restricted access and encrypted connections. Private booking links act as access credentials: keep them confidential.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside the UK or EEA. Where required, international transfers must use applicable adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact Amanda for information about the safeguards applicable to your booking.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Amanda will respond to a rights request within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Browser storage and cookies

Essential session storage remembers your current checkout attempt to avoid duplicate payments. The payment and Zoom services may use their own essential cookies and storage. This booking flow does not add advertising or marketing cookies. You can manage browser storage through browser settings, although clearing checkout storage may remove your saved attempt. Review each linked provider's privacy information when using their service.
