These terms apply to online workshops supplied by Amanda Smith, trading as Radiant Reiki Yoga. By using this service and making a booking, you agree to these terms. Contact amandareikimoon@hotmail.com with questions.

Workshop bookings

Tickets provide one person's attendance at the specified live Zoom workshop. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew. The event listing sets out the date, UK time and ticket price. Provide an accurate name and email address. A booking is confirmed only after verified payment and allocation of a place. Unpaid checkout reservations last up to 15 minutes and never beyond the workshop start time.

Payment completed after booking closes, or when a place can no longer be allocated, requires refund review and does not confirm attendance. Contact Amanda promptly using your payment receipt if this happens.

Payments and refunds

Our order process for website-paid online workshops is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle provides customer service for billing inquiries and handles returns. Amanda handles workshop and practice enquiries. Existing studio booking arrangements are separate.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Participation and availability

Yoga Nidra supports relaxation and is not medical treatment or a substitute for professional advice. Participate within your comfort and seek appropriate medical advice where needed. You need a suitable internet connection and Zoom access. Uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. If Amanda cancels or cannot deliver a workshop, contact her to arrange an appropriate resolution and any applicable refund through Paddle.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, introduce malware, probe security, scrape private data or interfere with others' attendance. Amanda retains ownership of her teaching materials and branding; third-party photographs and other materials remain owned by their respective creators. Attendance does not permit recording, redistribution or resale without permission.

Access restrictions

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Private joining links must not be shared. Refunds or successful payment disputes can withdraw website joining access. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
